WELCOME TO THE BALA CRANBERRY FESTIVAL VENUE INFORMATION AND VENDOR APPLICATION PAGE FOR 2012.  

 

Traditionally we welcome approximately 20,000 visitors to Bala throughout the Cranberry Festival weekend

*You must provide your own tents.  The Bala Cranberry Festival will no longer provide vendor tents* 

 Tent Rental Vendors



The Bala Cranberry Festival features a unique collection of products, gifts and crafts. Each vendor designs, collects and/or makes the items offered for sale.


To show and sell your products at the Cranberry Festival, choose the Venue that would be most appropriate for your product.


We DO NOT accept applications online. Please download the forms, fill them in and mail with your payment and other required documents.


If you would like an application mailed to you, please contact us at the appropriate venue email below or call 705-762-1564 and provide your name, business name, mailing address, phone number, email address, type of product you sell and the venue in which you are interested.


Please understand that although there is a limited number of spaces available and vendors who have shown previously at the Festival will be given preference, we look forward to and welcome new applicants to all venues.

INDOOR VENUES


The ARTS and CRAFTS Show - in the Arena


On Cranberry  Festival weekend, the arena becomes a “shopper’s paradise”.  Gourmet food, fine artwork, toys for young and old, fine jewellery, women’s and children’s clothing, accessories for both men and women , skin care products, unique gifts and more, are all available to the discerning shopper.  As a juried show, the vendors are selected for the quality, originality and uniqueness of their product.  Each year we try to have a blend of new vendors along with the old favourites.

The COUNTRY BAZAAR - held in the Community Centre


The Country Bazaar and Judges Exhibits are located in the Community Centre.  This venue is a celebration in the tradition of all fall fairs.  Coupling entries from the public in over 40 categories with homespun crafts and products, this venue is a favourite to one and all.  
Each year prizes are awarded for some of the most scrumptious baked goods, pickles and preserves.  Additionally, the public is engaged to vote for their favourite entry.

MAPLE AVENUE

Maple Avenue is one of the primary outdoor vendor locations and features a variety of products and services.  Located on one of the main thoroughfares of the festival, this area is one of the busiest venues.

The MARKETPLACE - in the Shield Parking Lot

A place where caterers and specialty cooks offer their wares for your pleasure and your purchase. Enjoying your lunch or a snack while sitting at a picnic table listening to the music from the stage. Exotic meats, cookies, cakes, preserves and more. As well, shop among the furniture, outdoor and garden decorations...
